Agreement
By purchasing from Creative Juice MCR you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out below.
Postage
All deliveries made within the UK are posted with Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed delivery. All international orders are sent through Royal Mail recorded post. Please make sure the address you wish your purchase to be delivered to is correct and is the same as the address supplied to Creative Juice MCR through PayPal. Creative Juice MCR takes no responsibility in the event of receiving incorrect shipping details. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer. Please allow up to seven working days for all UK deliveries and between ten to fourteen days for overseas orders. Creative Juice MCR offers free UK shipping and international shipping at £10 subject to change. International shipments may be subject to additional import duties and tax. In the event that additional charges are applied Creative Juice MCR will contact the customer via email outlining these extra charges.
Returns
Products can be returned if notified by the customer via email within 14 working days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned undamaged and in the condition in which they where shipped. The customer is responsible for any costs regarding postal fees, all items must be returned using recorded mail. Upon satisfactory receipt of any returned items, Creative Juice MCR will refund any moneys owed through PayPal or by bank transfer with consent from the customer as outlined in our privacy policy paragraph 1. Payment Details. Creative Juice MCR aims to refund customer payments within seven working days minus postal charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in regards to purchases and returns.
