We may collect customer payment details only in the event of a customer refund that was not purchased through PayPal. WE NEVER ASK OR NEED TO OBTAIN ANY BANK PASSWORDS OR PIN NUMBERS. We only use this information to be able to process refund transactions and make payments when necessary. Before obtaining any payment details we will always ask for permission from the customer.
